KITZ SCT SCF (Super Clean Fitting) products are manufactured under strict quality control throughout forming/machining/special electropolishing/clean washing to packing. Material used for these fittings are made of super high purity piping materials that drastically reduces gas emission. For the products of EP and SEP specifications, following the plastic formation, a special electropolishing treatment is employed, which in combination with a mirror grinding treatment for 0.7µm or less smoothness achieves deterioration-free inner surface and particle-free/outgas-free features. Further, these products are treated in 3-bath degrease washing and 6-bath precision washing, then in fully automated 8-bath super high precision washing in a Class 1(0.1µm) clean room.

These fittings have necks to suit to automatic welding, which ensure trouble-free, reliable welding with a simple operation.
