Reliability Across the Fab

At KITZ SCT statistical process control methods, state-of-the-art quality assurance measures and specialized instrumentation are engaged throughout production for analytical evaluation of materials, inspection of tolerance and surface forming, and examination of the machining processes. Any residuals including organic compounds are strictly checked after the 17-step washing processes and during final assembly. Inspection for particles and leakages is made in a Class 10, 0.1È m clean room. Prior to airtight packaging, a serial number is written on products with a laser beam to provide full traceability. Regardless of the KITZ SCT flow control components that you apply across the fab, you're assured the finest quality.

Proprietary Clean Welding Process

To meet the requirements for high-grade semiconductor manufacturing processes—and to ensure a secure supply of ultra-high purity gases utilized within those processes—extremely clean pipe and tube conjunction has become an essential issue. To accommodate this industry-specific challenge, KITZ SCT leverages extensive technical data collected from the welding of various materials used in the production of nuclear power, along with our expertise in the field of metallurgy and material analysis. The result is a proprietary clean welding process that employs master welding operators in Class 100, 0.1µm clean rooms to deliver a reliable supply of superior products.
