At KITZ SCT statistical process control methods, state-of-the-art
quality assurance measures and specialized instrumentation
are engaged throughout production for analytical evaluation
of materials, inspection of tolerance and surface forming,
and examination of the machining processes. Any residuals
including organic compounds are strictly checked after the
17-step washing processes and during final assembly. Inspection
for particles and leakages is made in a Class 10, 0.1È
m clean room. Prior to airtight packaging, a serial number
is written on products with a laser beam to provide full traceability.
