KITZ SCT entered the North American market by capturing significant market share at the world’s largest process toolmaker. After extensive testing, internal and external, including beta tools, this customer started to design in a number of KITZ SCT valve designs—both for conventional 200mm systems and now 300mm systems, including integrated gas systems (IGS).

• KITZ SCT valves and fittings support processes such as 1/8-inch TEOS applications, as well as high Cv flow requirements.
• With safety in mind, KITZ SCT developed the first lockout / tagout design to accommodate a padlock, cable, or scissor hasp, all without allowing the valve to be accidentally opened—regardless of the device in use.
• In addition to the gas panel, KITZ SCT has gate (slit) valves for the process chamber, vacuum isolation valves and conventional bellows valve designs.
