Performance of semiconductor devices is largely dependent upon the quality of silicon substrates. Leading wafer fabricators prefer qualified KITZ SCT advanced flow control components to ensure purity—and safety—in managing their fluid system.

The KITZ SCT Production-Flow Quality-Control process—developed internally—is a program to optimize the reliability of flow control components manufactured at our ISO 9001 Nitta SC Plant. To assure semiconductor grade component purity, a consistent quality assurance program matches our ultra-clean production methodology. Unique factory designs and layouts, computer integrated manufacturing, in-house material foundries, and documentation to lower process variations, all help capture more information and control the process more precisely—contributing to lower cost of component ownership and higher component quality.

The result is quality, uniformity and performance throughout component life for greater application efficiencies and productivity. That translates into reduced operational expenditures, especially for those KITZ SCT components that are built to last longer than current industry standards.
