KITZ SCT, working collaboratively with a large OEM toolmaker,
designed a Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) device that accommodates
a standard padlock, cable or a multi-lock scissor hasp.
Design features include:
- Positive shut off position that cannot be opened
- Lock functionality in the closed position only
- Locking hasp stays within the footprint of the valve
The KITZ SCT LOTO manual valve is available in both Surface
Mount and conventional TD Series valves. This new design is
more economical then most “after market” LOTO devices
and has been tested to be superior and not easily defeated
by the toolmaker’s EHS (Safety) department.
