KITZ SCT manufactures PFA tube fusion weld fittings up to 1-inch for the liquid delivery requirements in the semiconductor manufacturing process. To compliment these fittings, KITZ SCT recently introduced a complete line of PFA diaphragm valves.

PFA valves are available in both manual and air operated configurations and with a variety of end connections, including Pillar and Flowell. Extensive testing such as temperature cycling to 110°C and metal ion contamination testing all show that KITZ SCT has again set the standard for valve technology.
