As a result of many years developing KITZ SCT’s proprietary, electropolishing, passivation and cleaning processes, KITZ SCT valves and fittings are in a class of their own in regards to cleanliness and enhanced surface chemistry. These processes produce documented results for chromium rich surfaces and particle free operation.

KITZ SCT leverages extensive background and expertise in super-clean welding techniques first developed for the nuclear power industry in Japan. These techniques have been refined to meet the on-going challenge to enable full penetration welding with a minimal Heat Affected Zone (HAZ). Ultra high-purity purge gas, a controlled environment, advanced equipment and skilled welders—coupled with superior materials—produce a super clean weld.

All of KITZ SCT ultra high-purity products are assembled and packaged in Class 10 clean rooms. Strict quality systems and full traceability assure that the specially trained personnel assemble and package all super-clean components for final delivery to the customer’s clean room.
