Fittings primarily comprised of piping for semiconductor
production facilities. KITZ SCT manufactures the CVC
(Clean Vacuum Coupling) series, which employs the mechanical
joint method; and the SCM (Super Clean Micro), SCL (Super
Clean Long), SCF (Super Clean Fitting) series, which
employ the welding joint method.
Based on the concept of a plastic free design, KITZ
SCT has developed the all-metal valve. No plastic materials
are used even in the interior of the actuator and wetted
area. The valve can be utilized for high temperature
fluid transmission up to 482°F (250°C) in the
same high temperature ambient environment. This is the
most suitable valve for various vaporized gases used
in manufacturing semiconductors.
