Clean Vacuum Coupling (CVC) manufactured by KITZ SCT is a
fitting composed of mechanical, metal gasket seal, and its
seal surface that is very sensitive to scratches, is treated
in flat mirror grinding and special hardening process. Especially,
the high clean steal is controlled in hardness and by its
part so that numbers of excellent features in connection,
attach and detach, repeatability, safety, air-tightness, corrosion-resistance,
outgas, cleanness are achieved. This also helps to facilitate
the assembling work so that anybody can complete the assembly
safely and securely.
