Chip-making is a complex manufacturing process involving
hundreds of precise steps. Because performance of semiconductor
devices is largely dependent upon the quality of silicon substrates,
wafer fabricators prefer KITZ SCT advanced flow control components
to ensure purity—and safety—in managing their fluid
system. Our roots in this business activity reach back to
1984, when a company later acquired by KITZ SCT began R&D
for super-clean valves and super-clean fittings used in the
semiconductor production process.
